3. Compliance with Data Protection Laws:We ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as the POPI Act and The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Act No.2 of 2000.

 

4. Secure Physical Access: We restrict physical access to systems that store sensitive information to authorised personnel only. We also ensure that any physical records containing clients’ personal information are stored securely and are properly disposed of when no longer needed.

You have the right to access your personal information as well as amend, rectify or object to the gathering and processing of your personal information.

Investigating a Security Breach and Preventative Measures

Protecting your personal information from a security breach is our highest priority. If there is a breach in your personal information, we will take swift action in informing you of the breach as well as identifying the breach, analysing its origin and implementing our preventative measures to protect your personal information from the wrong hands.
